Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft, crumbly peanut butter cookies.
This recipe works best in multi-cookers with a large tray, like the Ninja Flip - but can be adapted for smaller appliances by baking in batches, or using a multi-layer rack if your appliance supports it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Line your tray or pot with parchment paper and drop dough by rounded tablespoons, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Press each ball with a fork in a crosshatch pattern to flatten slightly.
- Bake at 325°F for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring.
