Banana Bread

Moist, tender banana bread with a golden crust.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until just combined.
  4. Grease the pot and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pot.

Notes

Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped walnuts if you like.
