Crispy Tofu Bites
Golden, crunchy tofu cubes make a great snack or protein topping.
Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Spray oil
Instructions
- Toss tofu cubes with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve over rice, in a bowl, or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes (or use a tofu press) to remove excess moisture. This is key for getting it crispy.
