  1. Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
  2. Arrange in the basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
  3. Air crisp at 380°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

Cut the fries thin and uniform for even cooking. A light dusting of cornstarch before tossing with oil makes them extra crunchy.
