Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy sweet potato fries with a hint of sweetness and spice.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt
Instructions
- Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
- Arrange in the basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
- Air crisp at 380°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Cut the fries thin and uniform for even cooking. A light dusting of cornstarch before tossing with oil makes them extra crunchy.
