Sushi Rice
Sticky, perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Ready for rolls or bowls.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1½ cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp butter or oil (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse rice in a fine mesh strainer until water runs mostly clear.
- Add rice, water, salt, and butter to the pot. Stir once.
- Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
- Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
