Steel Cut Oats
Creamy, hearty steel cut oats. No stirring, no babysitting.
Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp butter or oil (optional)
Instructions
- Add oats, water, salt, and butter to the pot. Stir once.
- Pressure cook on high for 11 minutes.
- Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining.
- Stir and serve.
