Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of water to the pot and place the steam rack or basket inside.
  2. Line the rack with parchment paper or cabbage leaves to prevent sticking.
  3. Arrange dumplings in a single layer, leaving space between each.
  4. Close the lid and steam for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Serve with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil for dipping.

Notes

Don't thaw the dumplings; cook them straight from frozen for the best texture. You may need to work in batches if your basket is small.
