Sous Vide Chicken Breast

Impossibly juicy chicken breast cooked to the perfect temperature.

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Seal in bags with herbs if using.
  2. Fill the pot with water. Set to sous vide at 150°F for 1-2 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and pat dry.
  4. Slice and serve, or sear briefly on sauté for color.

Notes

The chicken stays juicy even at 150°F because of the long, gentle cook. Great sliced over salads, in sandwiches, or alongside any grain.
