  1. Set pot to sauté. Heat olive oil and cook onion and bell pepper until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Make 6 wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each. Cover and sauté on low for 5-8 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny.
  5. Top with cilantro and feta. Serve straight from the pot with crusty bread.
