Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer until water runs mostly clear.
  2. Add quinoa, water, salt, and butter to the pot. Stir once.
  3. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining.
  5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
