Pulled Pork

Juicy, shreddable pork shoulder in a fraction of the usual time.

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Rub over pork chunks.
  2. Set pot to sauté. Heat oil and sear pork on all sides, about 2 minutes per side. Remove.
  3. Add onion and broth, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Return pork to the pot.
  5. Pressure cook on high for 60 minutes, then natural release for 15 minutes.
  6. Shred pork with two forks. Toss with BBQ sauce.
  7. Serve on buns with coleslaw and pickles.
