One-Pot Pasta

Pasta cooked directly in a simple tomato sauce, no draining needed.

Instructions

  1. Set pot to sauté. Heat oil, add garlic and red pepper flakes, stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Add pasta, crushed tomatoes, water, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Make sure the pasta is submerged.
  3. Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes, then quick release.
  4. Stir well. The sauce will thicken as it sits.
  5. Serve topped with fresh basil and parmesan.

Notes

Use half the stated cook time on the pasta box, minus 1 minute. Different shapes may need slight adjustments.
