Loaded Vegetarian Nachos

Instructions

  1. Spread a single layer of tortilla chips in the pot or on the broiler tray.
  2. Top with a layer of chili/beans and a layer of cheese. Repeat layers until all chips are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  3. Broil for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Top with avocado, sour cream, cilantro, salsa, lime juice, and scallions. Serve immediately.
