Garlic Bread
Crispy, buttery garlic bread. Perfect alongside soups and pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, Italian loaf, or other crusty bread
- 4 tbsp butter (or plant butter), softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Slice the bread at regular intervals (about 1 inch thick), but don't cut all the way through; leave the bottom crust intact.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture between each slice, and a little on top of the bread.
- Divide the bread into chunks to fit in the cooker, and wrap each chunk tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
For cheesy garlic bread, add half a cup of shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese to the butter mixture.
