  1. Pat chicken thighs very dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub with oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place skin-side up in the basket.
  4. Air fry at 380°F for 22-25 minutes, until skin is deeply golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
