Crispy Chicken Thighs
Juicy bone-in thighs with shatteringly crispy skin.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs very dry with paper towels.
- Rub with oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place skin-side up in the basket.
- Air fry at 380°F for 22-25 minutes, until skin is deeply golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
