Corn on the Cob
Perfectly steamed corn in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 4–6 ears of corn, husked
- 1 cup water
- Butter (or plant butter), salt, and pepper for serving
Instructions
- Place the trivet in the pot and add water.
- Stack corn on the trivet.
- Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Quick release.
- Serve with butter, salt, and pepper.
