Instructions

  1. Set pot to sauté. Heat oil and cook onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne. Stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken, crushed tomatoes, water, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Pressure cook on high for 8 minutes, then quick release.
  5. Stir in heavy cream. Set to sauté and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  6. Serve over rice or with naan, topped with cilantro.
