Instructions

  1. Rinse rice in a fine mesh strainer until water runs mostly clear.
  2. Add rice, water, salt, and butter to the pot. Stir once.
  3. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
  4. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining.
  5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
