Baked Potato
Fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
Toppings
- Butter (or vegan butter), sour cream, shredded cheddar, chives
Instructions
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Air fry at 400°F for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Slice open, fluff with a fork, and load up with toppings.
